Rob Bresnahan is confirmed as the current U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 8th Congressional District.

Bresnahan's official House website (bresnahan.house.gov) identifies him as the Representative for Pennsylvania's 8th District, and the Philadelphia Inquirer independently confirms he is the sitting U.S. Representative for that district, facing a 2026 reelection challenge. Trump's own Truth Social post also refers to him as the Representative of Pennsylvania's 8th Congressional District, consistent with the other sources. All three sources corroborate the factual claim.
