Registration deadlineNovember 2, 2026Online and in-person registration continue through Nov. 2 and same-day registration is available through Election Day, but you must register by Oct. 26, 2026 to be mailed a ballot; later registrants vote in person.
Mail ballots first sentOctober 2, 2026Every active registered voter is mailed a ballot. Counties may begin mailing Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 (the 29th day, Oct. 5, is the Cabrini Day state holiday, so mailing may start the previous Friday) and must mail all packets by Oct. 9 (25 days; C.R.S. 1-7.5-107(3)(a)).
Return ruleMust be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day
Early in-person votingOctober 19, 2026through November 3, 2026 · Voter service and polling centers open beginning Oct. 19, 2026 (15 days before) through Election Day; drop boxes open by Oct. 12.
