Registration deadlineNovember 2, 2026Online registration through Nov. 2 and same-day registration during early voting and on Election Day; mail/in-person advance registration by Oct. 6, 2026. Register by Oct. 20 to be mailed a ballot; later registrants vote in person.
Mail ballots first sentAbout October 5, 2026Every active registered voter is mailed a ballot unless they opt out (opt-out deadline Sept. 4, 2026). Counties mail during the Oct. 5-12, 2026 window per CEIR; statute requires mailing to voters registered by then no later than 20 days out (NRS 293.269911). Exact county mail dates vary.
