Mail-ballot request deadlineOctober 19, 2026
Mail ballots first sentSeptember 19, 2026County election boards mail absentee ballots to voters with requests on file beginning about 45 days before Election Day (Sept. 19, 2026; 26 O.S. 14-118). Applications must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19 (third Monday before).
Return ruleMust be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day
Early in-person votingOctober 28, 2026through October 31, 2026 · In-person early voting Wednesday-Saturday, Oct. 28-31, 2026 at county election boards and designated sites.
