Mail ballots first sentOctober 6, 2026Absentee ballots are mailed starting 28 days before Election Day (Oct. 6, 2026; Wyo. Stat. 22-9-107, as amended in 2025 - the absentee period was shortened from 45 days). Requests accepted until the day before the election.
Return ruleMust be received by close of polls (7 p.m.) on Election Day
