Registration deadlineOctober 5, 2026Register in person or by mail (postmarked) by Oct. 5, 2026 (30 days before). Arkansas has no online voter registration and no same-day registration.

Mail ballots first sentSeptember 18, 2026Excuse-based (voter attests to being unavoidably absent, ill, or disabled). Per the Arkansas SOS 2026 election calendar, county boards deliver ballots to county clerks by Sept. 17 and clerks begin mailing/making absentee ballots available Sept. 18, 2026. Mail application deadline Oct. 27 (7 days out); in-person Oct. 30.

Early in-person votingOctober 19, 2026through November 2, 2026 · Early voting begins Monday, Oct. 19, 2026 (15 days before) and ends 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2.
