Biography

Jim Justice was born on April 27, 1951, and was raised in Raleigh County, West Virginia. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1969 and attended Greenbrier Military Academy. He announced a run for the U.S. Senate in spring 2023. The Senate records his service as beginning on January 14, 2025. He serves on the Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, Energy and Natural Resources, and Small Business and Entrepreneurship committees and the Special Committee on Aging.
