Registration deadlineOctober 5, 2026Register online, in person, or by mail (postmarked) by Oct. 5, 2026 (29 days before). No same-day registration. Vote-by-mail requests must be renewed each general-election cycle under 2021/2023 law changes.
Mail-ballot request deadlineOctober 22, 2026
Mail ballots first sentSeptember 24, 2026Supervisors must mail domestic vote-by-mail ballots between the 40th and 33rd day before Election Day (Sept. 24-Oct. 1, 2026; Fla. Stat. 101.62); UOCAVA ballots go out by Sept. 19. Requests received by 5 p.m. Oct. 22 (12 days out).
Return ruleMust be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day
Early in-person votingOctober 24, 2026through October 31, 2026 · Counties must offer early voting Oct. 24-31, 2026 and may offer it Oct. 19-Nov. 1; varies by county.
