Mike Kelly, a Republican, represents Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District and has served in the House since January 3, 2011. A car dealership owner, he previously served on the Butler school board and the Butler County council.

Biography
Mike Kelly was born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on May 10, 1948. He graduated from Butler Senior High School in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 1966 and earned a B.A. from Notre Dame in 1970. His House biography says he returned to Butler to work at Kelly Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc., took ownership of the dealership in the mid-1990s and expanded its operations to include Hyundai and KIA franchises.
He was a member of the Butler school board from 1992 to 1995 and of the Butler County council from 2006 to 2009. Kelly was elected as a Republican to the 112th Congress and to the seven succeeding Congresses, and his House service began on January 3, 2011. He was sworn in for Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District and, his House biography says, has represented the 16th District since January 3, 2019.
He sits on the Committee on Ways and Means. His House biography lists him as ranking member of that committee's Subcommittee on Oversight and as Republican chairman of the Congressional Korea Caucus, the House Automotive Caucus and the Childhood Cancer Caucus.
